Digital access

Because access is delivered immediately after a completed crypto payment, completed purchases are generally final except where required by law or where the purchased stream cannot be provided.

Incorrect or partial payment

Do not send an additional payment without support instructions. Provide the order number and transaction hash so the payment can be reviewed.

Technical issue

When a paid buyer cannot access the stream because of a verified service failure, support should first restore access and then evaluate any appropriate remedy.
